The Compensation Program Specialist will collaborate with the Total Rewards team, guiding and leading program initiatives to ensure our Total Rewards Programs meet the strategic goals of HR, provide a good return on investment, and value to our employees across our global enterprise.
Well rely on your expertise in Compensation to strategize and implement compensation programs for Global Base Pay. You will own the Base Pay compensation program end to end, including design, intent, and overall global health and usage. You will partner with the Total Rewards experience team to ensure communication is delivered to business segments and employees in the right way. This will include receiving feedback on programs from the experience team to determine any necessary changes. You will also work closely with leadership to obtain stakeholder alignment and continued communication on program adoption and benefits.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Review programs annually to determine intent, usage of program, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
Partner with the Experience team to determine regional and business needs are being met
Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new program initiatives, with an understanding of regulations and program criteria
Maintain responsibility for financial costing inclusive of annual costs, annual projections, new program implementation costs, cost savings, ROI, and analyzing variances. Partner with Finance to ensure strong fiscal stability for all programs
Ensure documentation is up to date. This could include program and plan documents, inventory of plans, cost, and overarching employee collateral. Continuously looking for improvements to the programs, process, and collateral.

Organized and analytical with a knack for project engagement and management
Capable of creative thinking and complex problem solving in areas that impact employee pay
An easy communicator, demonstrating interpersonal skill with employees at all levels
Able to navigate ambiguity, and apply sound judgment, decision-making, and negotiation to achieve results
Discreet with highly confidential information

YOUHAVE
Bachelors degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience
5+ years of compensation focused experience and competency with related applications and systems
In-depth knowledge of compensation concepts, practices, and pay focused laws and regulations. Prior experience with global compensation strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen and understanding of business needs, with a demonstrated ability to partner with senior management
Demonstrated experience with productivity software (Microsoft Office)/Excel, and HR systems (Workday preferred)
