ABOUT THE POSITION 
The International Sales Team is looking for an International Sales Manager for the Latin America region. This role will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, developing and executing business plans, as well as seasonal execution of sales, product assortment and marketing plans.   

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 
Manage distribution of apparel, accessories, and footwear within LATAM through a Distributor Model

Oversee development and execution of brand strategic expansion within assigned regions and new markets. Develop and execute business plans at country/regional level.

Collaborate with Distributors to build business financial planning, assortment planning, and seasonal execution of sales, product assortment, and marketing plans.

Analyze sales data to optimize sales potential, inventory levels and understand distributors stock position

Define seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) plans to support key brand and marketing initiatives.

Oversee distribution, regional sales, and margin forecasting through seasonal, yearly, and Long Range Planning (LRP). 

Ensure departmental initiatives and strategies are met through management of seasonal planning, GTM and Sales meetings.

Manage operational prescribed budget, pricing negotiations and adjustments, and marketing funding allocation; approve limited product licensing and manufacturing, outline priorities, establishment of seasonal sales growth targets by brand and category, identify new market opportunities, and develop sales and marketing strategies to drive increased sales and consumer sell-through.


YOU ARE 
Culturally savvy, including being well-versed in the LATAM region

Knowledgeable in international business


YOU HAVE 
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Management, or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted)

5 years' experience in Sales Management, Wholesale Sales, International Sales, Product Merchandising, Sales Forecasting, or similar position

Previous experience managing distributors, including managing budgets and sales forecasting for international distributors

Previous experience applying global GTM principles, practices, and procedures to reach market penetration, revenue and profitability targets

Previous experience working in retail financial planning and product merchandising

Proven experience in Wholesale Leadership


Note: At least 30% international travel required.
