Job Description
The Principal Total Rewards Experience (TREX) Partner will work closely with the Total Rewards COE, Regional Business Partners and other COEs to deliver compensation, benefits, and wellness program delivery across CSC locations in Asia. Provides consultation on Total Rewards programs including assessing and identifying needs and developing creative, targeted solutions, communications, and training in alignment with TR Program frameworks. Develops and maintains positive, collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders and ensures delivery of high value Total Rewards programs, resulting in a positive experience for employees across the organization.

Consults with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on compensation, benefit and wellness program needs for Asia. Develops and delivers continuous improvement processes, and tailored solutions.
Diagnoses issues/inefficiencies and identifies opportunities for improvement. Partners with Total Rewards COE to develop targeted total reward solutions in alignment with regional needs and strategy.
Contributes to the development and implementation of Total Rewards program strategies in Asia region. Executes on Total Reward Program Delivery plan. Includes developing and implementing targeted communication plans, communications, and training programs for the Asia region.
Develops and performs program evaluation within region. Gathers evaluation data on internal programs, as well as external market trend data, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs in region. Ensures findings are presented to Total Rewards COE.
Leverages evaluation findings to develop and present recommendations for overall program improvements in alignment with HR and business strategy to the TR Leadership and Programs Team.
In partnership with HRBPs, attends appropriate meetings within business to support strategic Total Rewards and HR initiatives.
Creates and delivers presentations of Total Rewards program updates, strategic recommendations and/or program evaluation findings to leadership in assigned region. Develops and fosters positive, working relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders by delivering high value Total Rewards program solutions and an exemplary employee experience.
Work closely with the recruitment team and HRBP to determine appropriate pay levels for new hires and promotions. Review all pay changes to ensure internal equity is being maintained. 
Creates reports, analysis and ensures recommendations are linked to business strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Total Rewards
Applicable professional compensation and/or benefit certifications preferred
Proficiency in compensation practices, frameworks, and strategy
Experience working for a global organization, across multiple regions
Experience working in an internal or external customer-facing role is preferred
Strong and demonstrated oral and written communication skills
