ABOUT THE POSITION 
Department: Materials department in the LO manages material development, sourcing and costing of materials in South Asia region comprising of India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Position Introduction: As a Material Developer, you will execute assigned seasonal new material developments as per calendar timelines, make yardage in correct quality for proto garmenting, establish sustainable spec (visual, performance, commercial) for commercialized materials, by working closely with material researchers in our Home office and vendor partners in the region. 
 HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 
Drive Material development and commercialization
Drive material cost competitiveness and consistency for the region
Adhere to Calendar Timelines & data upkeep for the materials being commercialized
Establish and maintain strong relationships: Home Office, LO departments and Vendors
Support and Drive Regional Projects
