Job Description
Lead the all-encompassing North America DTC marketing strategy for Columbias Branded and Employee Store Channels. Utilize the portfolio of Global Brand Environments to execute best in class consumer experience at Retail. Apply appropriate in-region customization as defined by these standards through In Store Marketing and Visual Merchandising. Ensure Omni Channel Marketing best practices align with Regional and Channel specific execution.
Responsibilities: Partner with Global Brand Marketing and North America Marketing business partners to develop the seasonal omni-channel marketing plan and corresponding calendar.
Translate the defined omni vision into meaningful channel specific marketing programs to drive conversion and sales at retail.
In partnership with Global Brand Environments, develop and maintain the integrity of store environment concepts through strict design criteria and regional specific standards.
Oversee the strategic and tactical direction for execution at retail as it pertains to overall Initiative storytelling, in-store signage, visual merchandising, and fixture development.
Collaborate with cross functional business partners to determine measurement strategies for Brand and Employee stores that enable the teams to communicate success, including, but not limited to, project costs, sales, traffic, conversion, UPTS, $/SF, Units/SF, etc.
Identify opportunities within existing execution process to increase efficiencies within intake, approval, and socialization stages.
Streamline internal process and output for existing tools: replenishment processes, ordering portals, feedback platforms, project management and collaboration tools, and budget planning and tracking tools.
Lead a team of professional marketers to create highly cross-functional projects to ensure a cohesive Brand voice at Retail and elevated consumer journey.
Document and measure branded initiatives and campaigns at retail, and report consistently on results, identify trends, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Requirements: 7+ years of retail marketing experience for a brand, including significant retail environment design, innovation, and implementation.
Bachelors degree in design, business, marketing, or related or equivalent experience required.
In-depth knowledge of retail math, turn and product flow.
Knowledge of omni-channel platform marketing and channel asset management.
Sportswear brand experience is preferred.
