The eCommerce Sales Manager is a key contributor in the wholesale sales team and will focus primarily focus on management of prAnas sales in the eCommerce channel and its eCommerce partners as well as the Amazon Marketplace. The role will effectively manage and grow current eCommerce accounts. A successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running by starting with knowledge of the eCommerce space and best practices. The ideal candidate will have had experience in the wholesale sales channel working with digital retailers as well as a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace. This person will be responsible for developing and executing sell in and sell thru strategies with the assigned list of accounts. The role requires working with key stakeholders to execute effectively. They will partner with internal and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies on the platform. The successful candidate will be proactive in learning about changes in best practices and will strive for continuous optimization of the business. The position interacts with external wholesale partners and internal teams including Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Planning and Operations. The position requires a high level of self-direction and works under general supervision. The ideal candidate must complete work accurately and timely, work well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced and team-oriented environment, and can work with defined processes and routine while also having the ability to shift gears, when needed, when priorities change. Accountabilities: Meet or exceed revenue targets in the assigned accounts in the eCommerce wholesale sales channel Effectively manage expenses within assigned budget Foster and maintain positive and productive partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and accounts

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Business Management
Manage and grow current eCommerce accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets
a. Identify sales opportunities through monitoring in-season sell thru performance
b. Monitor third-party sellers pricing as well as market wide pricing
c. Work with internal stakeholders on continued evolution of Amazon Strategy
d. Partner with development and execution of AMS strategies and campaigns
e. Manage list of approved third-party sellers as well as the unapproved sellers

2. Relationship Management
Foster and maintain positive and productive partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and accounts
a. Partner with outside sell reps to support seasonal sell in
b. Work with accounts to develop future season sell thru strategies
c. Attend and host pre-season line showings with account base
d. Manage deployment and negotiate MDF/Co-Op funds
e. Partner with approved 3p sellers to manage Amazon performance
f. Partner with key 3p sellers to ensure product listings exceed minimum standards put forth by Amazon
g. Work with internal/external teams to refine content leveraged by digital partners

3. Metrics and Analytics
Leverage data and associated tools and resources in order to meet channel sales and profitability targets and continued growth.
a. Ensure ROAS/ACOS goals are met and exceeded
b. Partner with Sales Planning and Analytics team to increase conversion, impressions, and sell thru
c. Leverage SPS sell thru data
d. Project and achieve style level selling targets
e. Analyze reporting to proactively suggest campaign shifts

Minimum Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience working in eCommerce (e.g. digital marketing), specifically working with Amazon and/or 5+ years of experience in wholesale apparel industry or a similar related wholesale environment
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred
Budget management

Technical Skills and Experience:
Proficient internet skills
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Digital Marketing
Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
AMS (Amazon Marketing Services)

Travel/Schedule Requirements:
Occasional domestic travel to accounts, sales meetings, tradeshows when necessary to support Sales Management and sales representatives
Must be able to work extended hours during peak sales periods
