ABOUT THE POSITION
The prAna Living Executive Assistant performs high-level and quality support for all members of the Executive Team (Principals) and is an integral part of the Office Services and Support Team that delivers a positive experience for employees and visitors.
This position interacts with a diverse group of employees at all levels of the organization and external partners and visitors. It also models company values and professionalism and handles sensitive documents and confidential information with discretion. The role operates with high levels of autonomy, discretion and judgment. To be successful the position must demonstrate positive professionalism at all times, balance and proactively support the administrative needs of the Principals within the scope of the position, manage time and projects effectively, and take the initiative to address and resolve challenges or obstacles in a positive and solutions-oriented manner. In addition, the position is expected to exhibit a customer service orientation and approach.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Perform proactive, high level administrative support for all members of the Executive Team.
Proactively gain and maintain understanding of Principals administrative support needs, work style and expectations of role for Principals
Proactively manage and maintain calendars, appointments and meetings. This also extends to calendar requests for any meetings involving an Executive Team member where their attendance is required
Assist the Principals with preparing and circulating meeting agendas, minutes and notes, as well as provide proactive follow-up actions on a timely basis
Create and prepare presentations for major meetings as needed

YOU HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles focusing on executive level administrative support
Proven experience with preparing high quality presentation materials
Proven track record of maintaining confidential information
Proven experience managing calendars of multiple executives
Proven experience coordinating travel arrangements for multiple executives
Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent preferred but not required
