ABOUT THE POSITION

The eCommerce team powers our US and Canada Columbia.com sites as well as our Customer Care Center. From merchandising and marketing to product management and technology, the consumer is at the center of everything we do. And, the eCommerce team is known for the relentless improvement of the customer experience-always striving for a better, faster, easier experience.

Our Fraud Team is key to identifying and stopping fraudulent activity so our customers can shop with peace-of-mind. As a Fraud Analyst II, youll be making recommendations to optimize and enhance rule modification, as well as recognizing and escalating potential fraud threats. Youll dig deep into dashboards and analytics to identify fraud, and work quickly to resolve it. As a Fraud Analyst II, you have the knowledge and skill to prevent fraud from becoming a larger issue for our customers and our business.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Monitor real-time rule performance and suggest rules enhancements
Act as a tier two reviewer and analyze/decision high dollar orders
Create, build, and maintain dashboards, performance reporting, and risk analysis
Support the creation and updating of standardized procedures
Collect and record documentation of fraudulent activity
Work closely with Customer Service and warranty teams
Ensure 100% of chargebacks and payment processing requests are responded to before deadlines
Work in partnership with our Loss Prevention team

YOU ARE
Customer-oriented
Analytical, detailed, organized and a good problem-solver
Effective at methodically improving processes within Fraud

YOU HAVE
Bachelors Degree or 2-3 years experience in lieu of degree
Previous experience in Fraud industry, eCommerce preferred
Proficient to advanced ability with Excel, Access, SQL, and Powerpoint
Fraud systems-experience preferred
