ABOUT THE POSITIONThe prAna Sales team (inclusive of Sales Planning and Sales Ops) partners with external wholesale partners and internal teams including Merchandising, Marketing, and Design to understand consumers, the marketplace and our products. The Sales teams business savviness and sales strategy expertise lends itself to strong wholesale partnerships worldwide.
The prAna Sales team is looking for a Key Account Manager. This role is a pivotal contributor in the wholesale sales team and will focus primarily on the management and growth of prAnas sales in the eCommerce channel and its eCommerce partners as well as our Amazon relationship. The position interacts with external wholesale partners and internal teams including Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Planning and Operations. This is a great opportunity for an eCommerce savvy individual who has had experience in the wholesale sales channel working with digital retailers as well as a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace. This person will have spent time developing and executing sell in and sell thru strategies with eCommerce accounts as well as have a history of successfully creating and executing sales and marketing plans across channels.
HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCEBusiness Management: Manage and grow current eCommerce accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets
Identify sales opportunities through monitoring in-season sell thru performance
Manage list of approved third-party sellers as well as the unapproved sellers; monitor third-party sellers pricing as well as market wide pricing
Work with internal stakeholders on continued evolution of Amazon Strategy
Partner with development and execution of AMS strategies and campaigns
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive and productive partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and accounts
Partner with outside sell reps to support seasonal sell in
Work with accounts to develop future season sell thru strategies
Attend and host pre-season line showings with account base
Manage deployment and negotiate MDF/Co-Op funds
Partner with Amazon to manage performance of listings
Partner with content team to ensure product listings exceed minimum standards put forth by Amazon
Work with internal/external teams to refine content leveraged by digital partners
Metrics and Analytics: Leverage data and associated tools and resources in order to meet channel sales and profitability targets and continued growth.
Ensure ROAS/ACOS goals are met and exceeded
Partner with Sales Planning and Analytics team to increase conversion, impressions, and sell thru
Leverage SPS sell thru data; project and achieve style level selling targets
Analyze reporting to proactively suggest campaign shifts

YOUHAVEBachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred
5+ years of experience working directly with Ecommerce based accounts including a first party relationship with Amazon
Clear understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central and AMS (Amazon Marketing Services)
Budget management experience
