ABOUT THE POSITIONThe North America Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team focuses on our outlet, brand, and employee stores within the US and Canada. From merchandising to retail marketing to retail operations (which includes the Workforce Optimization team), there is a highly collaborative team working behind the scenes to ensure our consumers have a positive experience in our stores.
The Principal Workforce Planning Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Retail Operations and will be a key leader within the Workforce management team, supporting DTC stores with a blend of technical and business expertise. In this role, you will: lead annual/quarterly budgeting and weekly forecasting efforts, drive strategic store reporting development, and assist with the workforce management system roadmap including administration, maintenance and future enhancements. This is a great opportunity for someone well-versed in analyzing data and influencing leadership to make data-driven decisions and action plans.
HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCELead zero base annual/quarterly budgeting and weekly forecasting efforts in partnership with cross-functional teams, meeting timelines while also driving to meet budgeted goals
Lead the reporting strategy to support strategic initiatives, leveraging the most appropriate systems and processes using necessary data frameworks and ensuring long-term needs are balanced with the agility to respond to current business needs.
Identify trends and deliver actionable reporting on key workforce data metrics to influence leadership to data-driven decisions and action plans.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate staffing opportunities through reporting, trends and new factors impacting staffing challenges.
Work with retail field leadership and cross-functional partners to solve complex problems by developing strong, data-driven business cases with multiple options and recommendations of best solutions for CSC.
Drive implementation of labor strategies and influence adoption of solutions while delivering consistent consumer experience.
YOU AREWell-versed in workforce data metrics, labor analysis, sales data and forecasting.
Able to solve complex problems with data.
Extremely detail oriented.
YOUHAVEBachelors degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
8+ years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of retail sales & labor analysis and reporting, labor forecasting.
Proficiency in manipulating data including statistical analysis and advanced math calculations.
Strong organizational and presentation skills and attention.
