ABOUT THE POSITION
For our Human Resources department located in Geneva (Switzerland), we are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern for 6 months, from March 2021
In this internship, you will work on:
Work on various aspect of the Human Resources function, such as: Employment Contracts, Learning & Development, Payroll & Benefits, Labor Laws, HR Database management, Recruitment.
Support the accurate management of Employment Contracts, from drafting contracts, to signature, to filing.
Participate in the electronic employees files project
Participate in recruitment activities, such as job descriptions, advertisement, screening, setting interviews
Support Learning and Development activities and events coordination
Contribute to the creation of an Employee Handbook
Support the accurate management of our HRIS database called Workday
YOU ARE AND YOU HAVE
Fluent in French and English
Background in Human Resources (studies and/or internship)
A first HR experience working in an office environment is a strong plus
Experience using Microsoft Tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills in writing
Strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic about projects and eager to contribute with new ideas
Strong work ethic, and reliable
Very strong sense of confidentiality
