The Compliance Analyst is a key member of a global team responsible for ensuring the company's policies and procedures comply with laws, regulations, and ethical standards. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to: helping to build and maintain compliance frameworks, methodologies, and procedures to ensure ongoing alignment with current and pending regulatory requirements and performing monitoring and auditing of activities to inform an ongoing data-driven compliance program. Working cross-functionally and in partnership with HR, legal, and other business stakeholders, the role also supports the continuous creation, development and rollout of related communication and training.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE Helps build and maintain frameworks and matrices, and develops technical solutions that enable efficient and effective processes and operations of the compliance program; maintains continuous improvement mindset.

Works cross-functionally to build and deploy compliance training programs, monitors and maintains completion activity, and continuously evaluates training relevance and audience criteria, including that communications, policies, and collateral are clear and available.

Monitors and audits various elements of the program to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Helps function stay updated on current and upcoming laws and regulations, including federal, state, and jurisdictional.

Assists with the implementation of compliance program activities, sometimes cross-functionally which may include ensuring systems are designed to support new compliance activities and related reporting.
