ABOUT THE POSITION
Columbia Sportswear Companys Human Resources organization aims to advance company strategy and connect talented people with their passions through work and a life outside. Design, manage, implement, and analyze various Corporate Responsibility (CR) initiatives which help advance the success of the CR strategic plan. Maintain database, build high level reports, create tools and execute training to help build team capacity and ensure global consistency. Collaborate on worker empowerment projects and impact metrics. Lead social responsibility efforts with licensor and collegiate programs.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Drive data integrity and accuracy with the global Social Responsibility team and build reports that are comprehensive, digestible and visually impactful.

Oversee the Corporate Responsibility database. Proactively monitor system performance, user experience and system effectiveness.

Engage business partners to define business requirements, needs and project timelines and ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of database enhancements.

Enhance transparency and public reporting on Columbias supply chain and supply chain performance. Maintain and update our Supply Chain Transparency Map to provide accessible and relevant and information.

Deliver high level reporting to senior leaders on social responsibility performance, trends and risk areas which help to shape strategy and focus.

Collaborate with Columbias global field teams on factory worker empowerment programs

Manage the social responsibility requirements of our licensor and collegiate partners.


YOU ARE
A strong collaborator who can effectively gather information and influence both internal and external stakeholders

Able to analyze and synthesize data and present it in an impactful way

A skilled communicator who can impart information and drive change across diverse audiences

A proven project manager, ideally in data analytics or database management, who can engage stakeholders to understand business needs and drive project completion.


YOUHAVE
10-12 years of supply chain corporate social responsibility experience.

Social compliance, manufacturing, auditing, project management, training or equivalent apparel or footwear industry experience.

A broad understanding of industry-wide issues and global trends that impact the corporate social responsibility function

Ability to create impactful reports through data visualization

The ability and flexibility to conduct complex interpersonal interactions, develop un-tried solution to problems, make decisions and operate independently and balance multiple competing priorities.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in social sciences, economics, business management, manufacturing, or industrial engineering. Post graduate study in Corporate Responsibility, business administration or supply chain management preferred.
