ABOUT THE POSITION
Columbia Sportswears dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. We pride ourselves on being able to get products to market quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective manner. By leveraging data analytics, we are constantly pushing to make smarter business decisions and identifying innovative ways to make Columbia Sportswears supply chain more efficient and effective to meet our consumers ever-changing needs.

As the Functional Business Owner focused on our global omni planning end-to-end business process and capabilities, you are the functional area leader for Fulfillment. This position will be focused leading and driving seasonal process and continuous improvement efforts associated to Fulfillment planning across the different brands, regions and channels. You are the business process owner and the global go-to person regarding the fulfillment process, capabilities, and relevant key performance indicators. In addition to process and capabilities, you have a working knowledge of associated analytics to inform and enable the related business processes.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCEOwns the global omni planning business process associated to Fulfillment planning encompassing planning application and analytical capabilities
Act as functional SME as well as engage business SMEs to define requirements, support of solutions and deliver against defined Supply Chain and Enterprise priorities
Strong leadership and ability to drive towards omni planning capabilities and desired outcomes
Anticipate and communicate issues and key decisions to program sponsors and stakeholders Defines business use cases, user stories, and/or busines requirement while ensuring clarity within the backlog
Champion business priorities and requirements through program deliverables as necessary
You will work as the functional global lead for fulfillment planning to determine omni-channel needs priorities in support of Omni planning Leadership
Anticipate and communicate issues and key decisions to Omni planning Leadership and/or program leadership
Matrix leader of a super user community driving and facilitating process, capability, and analytics updates and enhancements associated with fulfillment planning
Support and coordination of other users validating enhancements for business process, planning tool and associated analytical capabilities
Drives and facilitates continuing education of current business process and associated enhancements to planning applications and/or related reporting that informs the process
Performs other duties as assigned

YOU ARE Able to relate planning application and associated data to business process need
A strong communicator who can collaborate and influence others
Able to multi-task, prioritize essential tasks and meet deadlines

YOU HAVE A Bachelors degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, Merchandise Planning, or similar fields
5-8 years of professional experience and mastery of relevant function/process experience business skills
5+ years of experience with decision support tools and processes in a business process/analyst capacity
Business Process Analyst experience defining business process and leveraging analytics to inform decision making
Business acumen across product creation, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and retail desired
Omni-channel experience and Retail industry knowledge is desired
