About the job

The Sr. Demand Planner leads overall omni-planning demand to fulfillment process through optimization of JDA system capabilities for the better forecast outcome. Will work cross-functionally with multiple business partners that engage in GTM key milestones to incorporate functional demand forecast and optimize fulfillment planResponsible for regional representative to provide consensus outcomes to aggregate the regional forecast at global view and collaborate with global planning to innovate process and systemManage omni-planning project to roll out to the region as super user and to be linkage to manage regional requirements and global expectation

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
-Oversee omni-planning process and collaborate cross-functional teams to deliver better forecast and optimized fulfillment plan
-Attend all Go-To-Market Meetings to understand seasonal key strategy and plan to reflect on demand forecast
-Develop style-color level demand forecast leveraging JDA statistical forecast and lead consensus meeting to determine final demand with merch team
-Review demand planners forecast and give a guideline to correct forecast
-Consolidate consensus forecast and provide seasonal demand analytics to global planning
-Create and implement new process and system to improve forecast accuracy and inventory quality
-Propose seasonal buying budget to management team
-Analyze shortage, excess and obsolete inventory and propose action plan to management team
-Determine and communicate forecast confidence, including risks and opportunities, to the Supply Planners.
-Lead omni-planning project and optimize JDA system capabilities

Experience:
-Minimum 10 years experience in demand and supply planning
-Apparel/footwear industry experience required.
-International business experience desirable.

Education:
-Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience.
-MBA beneficial.

Required:

The ability to collaborate and influence others.
The ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems
A well developed ability to speak, read and write English, including writing clear and concise business communication.
