This position will report to LO Director South Asia, Apparel Manufacturing and manage a diverse set of administrative activities including facilities management, office management, contract staff management, company events and activities, business travel, and support as needed. The position interfaces with various levels of management, suppliers and employees to exchange information and take appropriate action promptly and effectively to meet the expectation of the internal and external customers. Position will be responsible to cover both India and Bangladesh offices.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Department: Administration department is the backbone of the organization and it is vital for the smooth running of the business. Office administration is one of the key elements associated with a high level of workplace productivity and efficiency. Administration departments interfaces with various departments and ensures that all the services requests like Travel / Hotel bookings / Transport requirements for the smooth functioning of the business are met. This departments also ensures that the office is maintained well and all relevant activities with respect to the general running of office are met.
Position Introduction: As an Admin supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse set of administrative activities including facilities management, office management, contract staff management, organizing company events and activities, business travel, and support as needed. You will be reporting to the Liaison office director ( South Asia region) and you will interface with various levels of management, suppliers and employees to exchange information and take appropriate action promptly and effectively to meet the expectation of the internal and external customers. This will involve Administration of India, Bangladesh and GIC office. The position would need 7-10 years of relevant experience in a MNC.
