Position Introduction: As a Human Resource Officer with minimum 6 years of experience you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR activities from hire to retire. This human resource position will be responsible for the administrative and strategic HR responsibilities of South Asia (India and Bangladesh) and report to the HR Manager-South Asia. Candidate with Workday experience will be preferred.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Act as the first line of support for current and prospective employees in managing and executing a wide variety of HR activities like recruitment, onboarding, compensation& benefit management, learning and development, employee queries, HR operations etc.
Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to the employees and stake holders.
Support HR transactional work, such as reporting, auditing and recordkeeping, and recommend ways to improve and standardize work to support automation where feasible.

YOU ARE
Strong a strong collaborator with the ability to develop HR processes and programs.
Experienced in, and understanding of, local HR laws and regulations.
Proven ability to partner, collaborate, consult, and gain trust across all levels of our organization.
Robust in networking with HRs from different brands
Solid writing and verbal communication skills

YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or other related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 6 years HR Generalist or Business Partner experience
Workday experience is highly preferred.
