ABOUT THE POSITION
Columbia Sportswears dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. We pride ourselves on being able to get products to market quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective manner. By leveraging data analytics, we are constantly pushing to make smarter business decisions and identifying innovative ways to make Columbia Sportswears supply chain more efficient and effective to meet our consumers ever-changing needs.

As the Omni Planning Manager, you will lead a team of functional business owners and Blue Yonder Administrators responsible for the end-to-end Demand Planning and Fulfillment process, systems governance, and analytics. Your accountability stretches across, brands (except prAna), regions and channels managing both your team and a matrix-community of super users and leads within those business areas. You will drive best practices, enable a culture of continuous improvement, leverage analytical insights, and prioritize new capabilities in collaboration with regional Supply Chain Operations leadership.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCEOwn the global, regional, and omni-channel processes, capabilities, and relevant analytics associated to demand and fulfillment planning
Partner with brand and regional planning leadership to set program and/or continuous improvement project priorities
Accountable for demand and fulfillment process and systems governance considering relevant analytical capabilities associate with the Blue Yonder suite
Drives best practices and maturity across all regions, brands (except prAna), and channels through training, continuous learning programs, and execution of new and/or updates processes
Monitors key performance indicators associated to demand and fulfillment processes to ensure consistency of process execution and value delivery through the end-to-end omni planning process landscape
Ensures connection of Demand/Fulfillment planning capabilities, inputs, and outputs are aligned to enterprise standards and cross-functional alignment

YOU ARE A strong communicator who can collaborate and influence others at various levels
Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Able to prioritize team and individual tasks and respond to urgent requests/inquiries with minimal supervisory involvement
Able to develop cross-functional and collaborative relationships across teams and levels

YOU HAVE Bachelors or masters degree or, applicable certification or equivalent experience
5-8 years of Demand, Fulfillment and Supply Chain functional experience
A high level understanding of Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Strategic and Corporate Planning or other relevant functions
Strong Analytical skillset to translate data insights into process execution
Experience delivering executive-level summary updates, analytic insights, and presentations.
Previous work with other cultures in a business setting, and awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences
Experience leading teams and/or projects
