ABOUT THE POSITION

The Ecommerce Consumer Insights Specialist is responsible for improving the consumer journey and identifying improvements to remain competitive to drive revenue growth for prana.com. This role will help develop and improve upon the customers digital experience. The Ecommerce Consumer Insights Specialist will leverage customer insights and research to partner with cross-functional teams to optimize onsite experiences while maintaining brand guidelines.

This role will support, execute, and action off of A/B testing initiatives and support various site ops workflows and processes. With an analytical and consumer-focused lens, this role will advocate for the consumer ensuring decisions are data-driven and the user experience is at the forefront.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Perform user research to provide data-driven insights, innovation, and optimizations

Perform usability testing to identify friction points in the user-journeys

Partner with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features supporting business priorities and outcomes

Partner with Creative and UX UI Design teams to improve the onsite experience, optimize engagement and drive conversions

Lead creative sessions to capture ideas and focus the team on executing testable solutions through A/B testing

Collaborate across UX UI Design and Analytics teams to identify and improve workflows for A/B testing initiatives

Execute on the setup of A/B testing scenarios in partnership with key stakeholders

Document key processes and performance results from user research and A/B testing initiatives

Support Customer Service with onsite issue escalation through resolution

Support documentation for operational processes and calendars

Support QA workflows

Ensure cross-functional ADA requirements are met on site

Support regression testing


YOU ARE
Willing to grow and learn in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

Attentive to detail, and highly organized

Experienced working with data & analytics

An excellent collaborator


YOU HAVE
1-3 years of user research experience

Foundational knowledge of UX UI

Experience working in research tools (InMoment, Hotjar, User Testing or other tools)

Experience working in project management tools (Jira, Slack, Confluence, etc.)

Experience working in analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.)

Familiarity with SFCC (Demandware), Adobe Experience Manager, QA and common 3rd party eCommerce software tools

Must be proficient with eCommerce software and platforms

Knowledge of best practices in UX UI design, A/B testing and Site Operations
