ABOUT THE POSITION
Although we're an apparel and footwear focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswears Intelligent Process Automation team enables business teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness while accelerating growth through engagement in high-value activities & innovation.

As IPA Support Engineer, you will implement, manage and support RPA Applications in Intelligent Process Automation CoE. Youll help to maintain robust environment to support RPA Bots and apply your technical skills to further enhance the usage and performance of these automations.
Within this role you will rely on your analytical, Technical and professional skills to implement and manage process automations.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Proactively serve as an IPA Support Engineer and the primary RPA Support point of contact for the business and COE teams.

Collaborate with IPA Technical and Delivery Leads to ensure the RPA runs smoothly and to define and support best practices.

Responsible for managing all production Bots and ensuring change management to drive positive user experiences with our business partners.

Stay current with industry trends, conduct assessments, and provide recommendations for innovative technology solutions.

Maintain support playbooks for each process. Respond to alerts and fix any issues with the production bots within defined SLAs.

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining RPA infrastructure, assess impact of patches/upgrades and ensure runtime system availability for the bots.

Track and report support metrics to management and propose solutions to improve bots performance.

YOUHAVE
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and/or applied relevant experience in technology, or related fields

4 + years of experience in implementing Enterprise Projects related to information technology

3+ years of experience implementing and supporting RPA Systems like Automation Anywhere.

2 + years of Java/Python coding experience is preferred

2+ years of experience in Web services and Scripting Languages.

Experience integrating and developing process automation solutions with following systems is desired: SAP ECC, SAP BW, MS Dynamics 365, Azure Data lake, Power BI

Familiarity with cognitive automation and Machine Learning, and related emerging technologies and techniques.

Experience implementing and supporting mid-to-large sized business applications projects with global footprint is preferred.
