Although we're an apparel and footwear focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswears Global Information Services (GIS) teams enable an IT infrastructure across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry.

As a Senior Software Integrations Engineer on the team, your primary focus will be delivering enterprise class, cloud-first, integration services for all of Columbia Sportswear. You will join the Enterprise Integrations development/delivery team and will be a key contributor in building services and microservices which solve specific needs and fill specific gaps in our current integration landscape.

Analyze, design, build and implement service-based solutions using Microsoft Azure PAAS integration services and .NET

Lead development efforts providing guidance and mentorship for other members on the team.

Utilize test driven development practices.

Execute against a backlog of User Stories and tasks on Azure Dev Ops.

Build and deliver product-ready services.

Actively participate in daily standup, team meetings, and demos.

Proactively ask questions and follow up to make sure questions dont become blockers.

Able to learn new software and technologies quickly

Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Self-driven and motivated to learn, asks the right questions to achieve goals

A multitasker that can manage multiple responsibilities at once and can quickly shift gears as priorities change and evolve

Technical leadership as software engineer for complex system integrations

5+ years of professional development experience with NET Core

Experience building and interacting with Restful APIs

Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Understanding of commonly used programming languages, OOP, design patterns and data structures

Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and common testing frameworks

Experience on an Agile Software team
