ABOUT THE POSITION

The Manager of Information Systems & Applications is responsible for overseeing all activities that relate to prAna owned application solutions. This includes the day-to-day management and enhancement of our ERP, data and analytics, retail, planning, nightly processes and other in-house applications.

This is a hands-on cross functional role working closely with the Senior Manager of Technology, Information Technology and Business Stakeholders to deliver and support local systems and solutions as required. In addition, this role will work with our Global Information Systems teams at Columbia Sportswear to implement or support global systems or solutions as they relate to prAna.

Additional activities will include hiring, leading, and managing direct reports as well as conducting performance assessments and pay reviews.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Assess business process requirements and evaluate possible solutions with both existing and new platforms/applications in line with prAna goals and initiatives

Leads delivery and ensures the reliability of data and analytics platforms for the business

Hire, train, lead and manage a high performing team of systems and business analysts that meets the needs of prAna business teams in a timely manner

Work with our ERP, managing incidents and working with our technology provider to solve problems and address enhancements and deliver quarterly upgrades.

Design and delivery of automated business systems

Perform project management activities and participates on project teams assisting in determining project scope, identifying resources, milestones, and effective timelines.

Creates and maintains standards, procedures, and documentation to support all application platforms within the organization

Ensures that system changes follow standards and guidelines for both best practices and adherence to Information Security protocols

Both manages a team and participates in hands-on work in project management, troubleshooting, solutioning and creating procedures and documentation

YOUHAVE
Bachelors in computer engineering, computer science, or related field

5+ years of experience with an ERP, Full Circle preferred

5-8 years relevant experience in implementing/supporting business and systems processes, preferably in the apparel and/or retail industry

Leadership experience in managing a team


Travel/Schedule Requirements:
Occasional domestic travel when necessary
