ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Compensation Program Manager, you will develop program strategies, implement, and maintain compensation program initiatives that align with the companys global objectives. You will be a key partner in planning Compensation program changes for future plan years, with a view to bonus design, base pay strategy, salary structures, and meritplan changes. You will be heavily involved with incentive bonus design, inclusive of sales plan design, across the company.
Compensation programs will be reviewed annually to determine intent, usage, risks, and opportunities for enhancement. Here you will be relied on to plan and enhance program scope, deliverables, resource requirements, implementation factors, budget, and timing. You will work in close collaboration with the Total Rewards Experience team to ensure all regional business needs are met.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Develop innovative bonus program designs for corporate and business specific incentive plans as well as sales plan design
Develop analysis to determine program health, ensuring program intent is being delivered in the best manner. Share this analysis with Total Rewards Leadership and appropriate stakeholders across the company
Determine need for further incentive program communication and collateral development
Monitor program documentation accuracy and consistency across plan documents, plan inventory, cost, and over overarching employee collateral
Maintain financial costing for plans across annual costs, annual projections, program implementation, savings, ROI, and variance analysis. Partner with Finance to ensure strong fiscal stability for all programs
Continuously look for improvements to programs, process, and education opportunities

YOU ARE
Detailed oriented and innovation focused, capable of identifying and solving complex problems that impact incentives. The ability to exercise creativity and latitude is highly desired
Organized and analytical
Project management focused
Skilled in interpersonal communication with employees across all levels
Capable of driving through ambiguity to achieve results
Able to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills while maintaining discretion, and balancing day to day pressures

YOUHAVE
Bachelors degree, applicable certification, or equivalent HR/Compensation focused experience. CCP preferred
8+ years of professional experience, and proven mastery of relevant technical or business skills
In-depth knowledge of Compensation concepts, practices, and procedures. Prior experience with global compensation strongly preferred
Familiar with laws and regulations around incentive plans (corporate and sales)
Demonstrated business acumen, and skill in partnering with senior management to meet business needs
Demonstrated experience with productivity software (Microsoft Office) and HR systems (Workday preferred)
