ABOUT THE POSITION
The Supply Chain Business Analyst is responsible to support Columbia GIS to lead technical aspects of medium to large-scale projects from functional design through implementation for Columbia Sportswears global supply chain systems to include ERP, EDI, and any miscellaneous subsystems and interfaces. Responsibilities include project management, cross functional requirement gathering, analysis, software design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation support.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Work closely with business users, identify business needs and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
Coordinate with vendors and global IS to deliver solution to business partners
Building and maintain relationship with key stakeholders.
Acting as a liaison between business and Global IS.
Participate solution support, design, development, testing, system integeration and implementation.
Writes and maintains technical documentations include user stories, as is/to-be process, requirements specification, logic, testing, changes, and user manuals.
Coordinates and provide UAT testing and training support in the region.

YOUHAVE
Bachelors Degree required with emphasis in business, supply chain management, computer science, information systems.
5+ years of experience working as a role of System Analyst or Business Analyst.
Hands on experience with mass data analysis on Azure.
Hands on Programming experiences and with knowledge on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Familiar with languages of VBA, VB.net, SQL, C#, Java, XML, Python, Spy Spark and Pandas.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Experience in Garment Sourcing, Supply Chain or retail business domain is preferred.

JOB SKILL
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good time management skills to accomplish challenging objectives.
Proficient in manipulating data including statistical analysis and advanced math calculations.
Experience with large data sets and familiarity with Azure.
Business acumen gained in the footwear and apparel industry.

JOB CONDITION
Job requires travel
Job requires hours that will often exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during times of peak activity or rush projects.
Evening meetings and/or weekend work occasionally required to collaborate with people in other time zones and to ensure timely project completion.
Job pressure exists in the balancing of several projects with conflicting and sometimes changing deadlines.
Job involves repetitive hand/wrist movements, type, sit or stand for extended periods of time, use of computer notebook, keyboard, and mouse.
