ABOUT THE POSITION
The Columbia Sportswear Finance organization is driving the Program Management effort for the integration of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) across the enterprise. The Columbia Sportswear IPA Center of Excellence (COE) is in need of Organization Change Management (OCM) leadership and support.

As IPA OCM Lead you will play a key change management role on the IPA COE team designing and driving end-to-end change management efforts for select IPA solutions, as well as managing and evaluating adoption health and business value capture for the portfolio of IPA solutions. Youll apply your skill capturing and assimilating complex ideas and information to create clear and easy to understand messages for impacted business teams and end-users. Youll use your relationship building, collaboration, and consultation abilities to further these messages and processes with stakeholders, leaders, process owners, and team members throughout change implementation and adoption.
You should possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with people at all levels of an organization.In addition, you should have the ability to organize and present complex ideas/information clearly, and you must be able to work effectively with project stakeholders and team members throughout the OCM process.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Develop framework to evaluate adoption health and business value capture for the portfolio of IPA solutions
Collect and analyze adoption health and business value capture data for the portfolio of IPA solutions, and propose and execute OCM activities as deemed necessary
For select IPA solutions, develop and execute comprehensive change plans, including activities such as identifying all stakeholders impacted, executing change impact workshops to determine key changes within the organization, creating communication and marketing materials, creating change readiness materials for highly impacted employees, and developing and executing trainings
Partner with OCM team to leverage Columbia OCM tools and resources, and serve as active member of OCM Community of Practice, promoting development of change capability with IPA business stakeholders

YOU ARE
Able to envision and contribute to culture change within a complex global organization
Able to work collaboratively across teams to drive adoption of complex changes
Able to work in a highly matrixed organizational structure, build and maintain relationships across departments
Able to work effectively across wide range of management, teams, and cultures/regions
Able to demonstrate project management skills
Superior at communication, organization, and presentation skills
Able to operate independently, but also collaborate and partner with OCM Practitioners across the enterprise to drive the development of change capability within the business
Able to effectively manage change in ambiguous environments

YOU HAVE
8+ years broad business experience including direct experience participating in the implementation of business change initiatives, preferable inclusive of technology and process automation initiatives
Bachelors Degree with emphasis in business, communications, and/or organizational effectiveness or development
Solid understanding of change management, communication, organizational effectiveness, training, and instructional design concepts and best practices
Advanced project management skills with demonstrated balance of strategic and detailed tactical plans
High proficiency in using Microsoft tools for communications and analysis (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and SharePoint) preferred
