You provide support for HR activities with a strong emphasis on Learning and Development, being the key contact for matters relating to process excellence and support. You will provide day-to-day support for escalated HR inquiries as well as supporting scheduled and ad hoc data requests from partners. This role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and superior service delivery qualities.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
You will support administration activities, such as Workday/LMS administration, record upkeep, ad hoc reporting, data auditing, and general recordkeeping, and recommend ways to improve and standardize work to support automation where feasible.
You will resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries and collaborate with COE and stakeholders for quick and effective resolution as well as support program and campaign rollouts by participating in solution review, testing, and knowledge article creation. Assists in maintaining course catalog, logistics, and enrolment.
You will compile reporting and trend analysis supporting internal practice and program KPIs to help inform COE of program success and trending issues while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to candidates, employees, and people leaders.



YOU ARE
An exceptional communicator with an above-average ability to read, write, and speak English. Multilingual is a plus.
Able to manage multiple, often complex, tasks at the same time while staying focused on key timeline/deliverables.
Efficient and organized with an intermediate understanding of event and project management both domestically and internationally.
