Columbia Sportswears Intelligent Process Automation team enables business teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness while accelerating growth through engagement in high-value activities & innovation.

As iBPM Pega Delivery lead, you will implement and manage Pega Projects in Intelligent Process Automation CoE, working closely with Intelligent process automation teams to deliver smart solutions, at speed and through automation. Youll help store, evaluate, and execute solutions to daily operations with the goal of furthering company development.
Within this role you will rely on your analytical, technical, professional, and organizational skill to implement and manage Pega applications.

Proactively serve as Pega Delivery Lead and the primary point of contact for the business and IPA teams for Pega solution delivery.

Collaborate with iBPM Pega Architect and Enterprise teams to develop and deliver smart solutions on time, with quality and low technical debt.

Implement the framework to deliver solutions using Pega, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and cognitive, and machine learning capabilities.

Responsible for managing highly complex projects and ensuring change management to drive positive user experiences and engagement across disciplines.

Stay current with industry trends, conduct assessments, and provide recommendations for innovative technology solutions.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Technology and/or applied relevant experience in technology, or related fields

5-7 years experience in implementing Enterprise Projects related to information technology

4+ experience in PRPC technology platform, Pega Robotics.

Pega Certified Business Analyst is required.

Pega Certified Senior or Lead System Architect is preferred.

Programing language experience is preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills are desired for this role.

Pega 8 experience is preferred.

Previous experience in global delivery is preferred.

Good understanding of PPRC properties, types and relevance. Possesses good knowledge on PRPC construction and debugging tools such as tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders and form builders

Good understating of PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets. Interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods and OOTB activities

Good handle on correspondence and reporting features in PRPC
