ABOUT THE POSITION
Although we're an apparel and footwear focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswears Intelligent Process Automation team enables business teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness while accelerating growth through engagement in high-value activities & innovation.
As iBPM Pega Architect, you will implement and manage Pega system landscape in Intelligent Process Automation CoE, working closely with Business and Technology teams to deliver smart solutions, at speed and through automation. Youll help store, evaluate, and apply strategies to daily operations with the goal of furthering company development.
Within this role you will rely on your analytical, technical, professional, and organizational skill to implement and manage Pega applications.
HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Proactively serve as Pega Solutions Architect and the primary iBPM point of contact for business and Technology Teams
Collaborate with IPA Technical and Delivery Leads to develop and maintain smart iBPM solutions
Collaborate with Enterprise architecture, Enterprise Integrations, Infrastructure and InfoSec teams to develop and influence the iBPM frameworks, best practices, and iBPM Solutions Architecture
Lay the framework for iBPM using systems like Pega, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and cognitive, and machine learning capabilities
Responsible for managing highly complex projects and ensuring change management to drive positive user experiences and engagement across disciplines
Stay current with industry trends, conduct assessments, and provide recommendations for innovative technology solutions

YOUHAVE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Technology and/or applied relevant experience in technology, or related fields
10-12 years experience in implementing Enterprise Projects related to information technology
7+ experience in in PRPC technology platform
Experience with SOA and integrations using REST and SOAP services
Pega Certified Lead System Architect in 8.x is preferred
Pega Certified Robotics System Architect is preferred
Programing language experience is preferred
Extensive experience in development of frameworks in Customer service, Retail and Claims processing is preferred.
Good understanding of PPRC properties, types and relevance. Possesses good knowledge on PRPC construction and debugging tools such as tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders and form builders
