As an Apparel Market Merchant Manager International Distributor Region you will work with the DMM IDR Market Merchant, Sr. Director Merchandising and other Product Line Managers to establish the vision, strategies and seasonal concepts for a portion of the global apparel business.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
You will be responsible for introducing innovative, profitable, new products that will entice our target consumer
Responsible for identifying long-term trends and opportunities based on analysis of product, consumer and competitive trends in the market
You will develop seasonal initiatives and line plans
Working with the DMM, sales team and global product merchants, you will construct long-term business plans and drive to achieve these plans
You will utilize market knowledge to provide clear product direction to the Product Merchant team and work cross-functionally with the product creation team to develop product lines, meet key dates, and achieve net sales, net margin, and corporate objectives.

YOUHAVE
Possess deep knowledge of the global outdoor Apparel consumer
Must have excellent written and verbal communications, organization, and presentation skills
Must have mental capability to troubleshoot and solve problems of moderate complexity or difficulty
Ability to lead and influence others is required
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts: both domestically and on an international scope.
Minimum of 5 years product line management experience in the sportswear, outdoor or action sports industry.
Solid business management and product management skills and demonstrated financial acumen
Strong understanding of the consumer, retail environment and competitive marketplace
Thorough PC knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Bachelors degree in business or related discipline

Verbally deliver product presentations to senior leaders, business analysts, media, retailers, sales force and large groups
Strong leader, communicator, listener, analytical thinker, presenter and have the ability to build team dynamics and relationships cross-functionally
