Pre-Development/Development Stage( Pre-cost, First Adoption, Final Adoption, Photo/SMS):
Coach team and support development or enhancement of systems to ensure Sorel costing requirements are met. Ensure all Sorel costing timelines are met fully: First adoption / Second adoption / Salesman Sample / SMU/etc. Coach team to monitor compliance with costing standards related to labor and overhead rates, material consumption measurement, raw material and component pricing.
Assist Costing manager to get Factorys labor and overhead rate more transparent and analyze the data for negotiation.
Analyze the historical CBD (Cost Break Down) sheets to seeking opportunity for future cost saving and as provide cost reference/suggestion for future projects to improve the product creation process. Identify & participate the opportunities to maximize margin and for continuous improvements.
Work closely with team member and foresee or coach them to resolve costing problems. Support team and individual growth and empowerment through sharing of knowledge.
Educate and train counterparts in the organization and factories on the absolute need for accurate costing. Drive product cost reduction where appropriate by partnering with Materials and Planning.

Production Stage:
Work closely with Engineer and production team to monitor and control production change and usage and efficiency information and catch the cost related impacts.
Ensure the production cost impact align with Company production cost change policy and reflect on CBDs and gain the knowledge with related function teams.
Supports Sorel Top 20 products reengineering for cost saving and production efficiency improvement.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
Good skills in Microsoft office application software.
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and presentation skills, attention to detail is required.

University/College degree in Footwear, Business, Economic, Engineering, applicable certification or equivalent experience
Solid knowledge of Footwear related process in Dev, Commercialand Production, and FW Raw Material/Components and the related process
At least 810 years of experience in costing of Footwear including shoe fty and trading company.3+ years of training others experience.
Strong competence with the various tools and procedures used to manage footwear Costing.
