ABOUT THE POSITION

You will work closely with the Payroll and HR Operations Teams to support critical day to day processes and programs. This includes computing wage and overtime payments, deductions and tax withholdings for generating paychecks. You will with assist administering the time and pay applications and performs regular audits of employee data to ensure up to date compliance

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
You will execute day to day payroll activities and biweekly processes of multi-company, multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees, perform pay data entry, manual integration and data loads, off-cycle check updates and data auditing while assisting employees and other contacts with reported low to medium complexity inquiries and issues through ITSM tool, working to resolve inquiries within stated SLAs and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

You will deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and collating data for internal or external partners, usually used to audit and validate data discrepancies, and uses outputs to drive collaboration with varying partners for data correction while helping maintain functional documentation and guidance in Knowledge Management Solutions, ensuring new and updated content is available to assist end-users.

You will participate in system upgrades/enhancements and Payroll/HR projects through solution testing and knowledge article creation while ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality are maintained as an integral part of this role, through cognizant communications (email and verbal) and validating data requests.

You will perform other duties as assigned, such as special projects and initiatives related to the role. You may choose to participate in non-related initiatives as part of growth and learning objectives.

You actively maintain personal goals and achievements in company performance management tools, and partners with Payroll Manager and peers to explore and identify areas of opportunity.
