Columbia Sportswears dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. Effectively Engages with Business Leadership
Provides consultation and expertise on large-scale, highly complexorganizational performance(organizational development, design, and change management)initiatives to align people systems to the strategic goals and initiatives of the organization:

Assesses change readiness and capability within business unit and presentsorganizationalperformancestrategiesaligned with business needs. Contracts with clients and creates Organizational Designand Change Management Agreements that outline project goals, scope of work, deliverables, timeline and evaluation methods.

Uses influence and business acumen to recommend organizational performance strategies, including organizational development, design and change management, to leadership.

Coaches business leadership to create and executea wide variety oforg development and change management activities including,but not limited to,impact assessments, team health assessments, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, assessments,resistance management,andcommunications and training strategies.

Uses organization design methodologies when consulting leaders to assess strategy, processes, structures, management practices, people and job impacts of organizational changes.

Designs and facilitates leadership team and work group strategic planning sessions, team effectiveness and performance improvement activities.Provides coaching to business unit leaders and participants in the change initiative to drive sponsorship and adoption.

Monitors adoption of specific change initiatives and recommends actions to address resistance.

Contributes to High-PerformingOrg Performance ConsultingCenterof Excellence
Supports creation and maintenance of a change-capable organization, includingcollaborating with team members and supporting those leading change within the business to use a standardsetofbestpractices

Effectively leadsand collaborates withassignedexternalconsultantsand more junior team members,providing strategic leadership as needed

Keepsup to dateon the latest organization development and change models, approaches, strategies and tools.Contributes to the quality oftheOrganizational Performance Consulting Center of Excellence as a whole,through collaboration and thought partnership with peers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree and a Minimum of 8 years OD/OE/OCMconsulting experience in large,complex organizations.Masters degree or graduate certificate in Organization Development (OD), Organization Change, or closely related field preferred. Applied experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Solid understandingand demonstrated applicationof change management, communication, organizational effectiveness,organizational development anddesign,training and instructional design concepts and best practices

Solid business acumen and the ability toarticulate the connection between organizational performance initiatives and strategic objectives

Expert knowledge of macro organizational behavior, team dynamics and individual development.

Possess advanced leadership skills and ability to effectively execute against change management strategies and plans

Ability to work and collaborate across diverse teams and influence leaders to drive adoption of complex changes throughout the organization

Excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.Advanced ability with standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Forms,and Outlook).

ProsciADKAR Practitioner Certificationpreferred, but not required

Demonstrated ability tobuildcredibilitywith leaders and influence without authority

Growth mindset, flexibilityand high tolerance for ambiguity

Ability to prioritize work, identify highest value activities, setand clearly communicate boundaries
