ABOUT THE POSITION
As an eCommerce Web Analyst, you'll be responsible for the integrity and advancement of web analytics to support prAna.com revenue growth. This role partners with performance marketing, site merchandising, site operations, and UX UI design to drive eCommerce excellence and efficiency. In this role, you'll leverage analytical skills to develop dashboards, reporting products, and ultimately insights that solve business problems.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Oversee all web analytics tools to ensure accurate implementation and appropriate level of exposure, adoption, and utilization

Own the maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, and data to drive key business decisions

Stay informed about, communicate, and apply current or new trends and best practices in web analytics

Develop processes and methodologies to automate reporting, where possible

Maintain daily and weekly dashboards. Participate in weekly business reviews meetings. Identify traffic trends, abandonment issues and opportunities for improving site conversion rates.

Prioritize all ad hoc reporting requests based on potential business value

Provide A/B testing recommendations by identifying areas with high potential for conversion optimization

Collaborate with members of the Ecommerce team including Site Operations, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, and UX UI to provide analytic support to measure performance of efforts

Guide end-users in identifying key performance indicators for their areas and then build appropriate reporting that provides insight into the performance of initiatives and approaches within each area

Support in managing tag changes and new tag requests for input into a tag management tool


YOU ARE
Strong business acumen and ability to understand business/technical requirements for analysis purposes

Strong ability to interpret data and make actionable business recommendations

A curious nature with a desire to understand and master new ecommerce techniques and strategies

Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment


YOU HAVE
Bachelors degree in business or quantitative field preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or quantitative field

3-5 years web analytics experience using Adobe Analytics or like web analytic tools is required

Experience implementing Adobe analytics suite of products (on both websites and mobile apps)

Experience with Tag Management Systems (Preferably Adobe DTM or Launch)

Experience with A/B, multivariate and other forms of web usability testing

Experience collaborating with multiple business units, applying business acumen to data trends, and providing actionable insights and recommendations

Must have a working knowledge of web technology and web marketing tactics as they apply to eCommerce (including digital marketing, SEO and on-site user experience)

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the roles and limits of web technologies such as HTML, Javascript, and server-side technologies
