ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Operations team at SOREL is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Specialist to actively participate in the development and enhancement of Footwears role in the SOREL GTM process. The goal of the GTM project is to identify and incorporate efficient processes that will streamline product development, align efforts with other SOREL product lines and deliver cohesive and focused product line results. In this role, you will collaborate with key members of Product, Development, Merchandising, Sales, Sourcing, Costing, Quality, Photo Studio, OCM, Master Data and support organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to maintain operational standards, support global processes, and monitor and ensure deadlines and data integrity is met for SOREL.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE Manage the seasonal footwear catalog (including ensuring final approval of all copy & imagery) for the US, CAN, EU and IDR final line; creating and managing the seasonal calendar for the Photos Studio.

Manage the packaging processes to ensure correct technology call outs on footwear and all packaging that goes to retail.

Manage the sample process for all major footwear check points - first adopt, final adopt, sales meeting and bulk samples; manage the sample process for the Sales Reps sell-in samples and seeding samples for accounts.

Manage the input of the seasonal forecast from the product team; manage and implement the seasonal process with our finance and product team; line plans and seasonal construct document owner; ongoing 100% knowledge/intimacy with the seasonal line plan.

Provides expertise to the Footwear team with daily operational tasks and style set ups; recommends and implements new and/or ongoing footwear process changes within product creation; spearhead constant refinement of the product creation process.

Well-versed in the footwear development process, merchandising, and go-to-market strategies


YOUHAVEBachelors degree in business or related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

2-5 years experience with go-to-market, operations, footwear development or merchandising
