ABOUT THE POSITION

This role consists of monitoring, reporting, and communicating results as it relates to the retail business and traffic-driving initiatives. This role supports the Brand, Factory Store & Employee Store channels with cross support for Branded Stores. Duties are performed within an established structure and work is checked or verified for accuracy. Decisions are made within general company policy constraints.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Work closely with Retail Marketing Managers and Retail Marketing team, Ecommerce, Internal Creative, Retail Operations, Merchants and Vendors, to support marketing programs and traffic-driving programs to assigned store locations.

Store locator page updates; link promotions and at-mall events.

Coordinate support for in-store promotions including but not limited to email, at-mall signage, mall websites, and/or procuring promotional materials.

Monitor and Report on Store Visibility and Key Performance Metrics (Views, Clicks to Call, Clicks for Directions) across web platforms (Paid Media, Google, Yelp, Facebook, Foursquare, Yahoo etc) Brand & Factory Outlet Stores

Update mall partner websites to ensure a consistent look and copy across all consumer-facing touchpoints. Brand & Factory Outlet

Reporting on high and low performing stores to address through targeted marketing programs aimed at improving traffic (Brand & Factory Outlets)

Monitoring and responding to increase # and favorability of reviews for owned stores (all channels)

Own look & feel of store pages on .com sites to enhance the customer experience -all channels

Monitor Business Development KPIs and compile reporting to assist the B2B team with actionable data

Responsible for adding/modifying store locations and data for owned .com and 3rdparty sites, including photos, descriptions, hours (Locally, SweetIQ, YELP)

Develop Retail Marketing Dashboard for all channels

Weekly Reporting on Store Metrics

Communication cross-functional partners & vendors


YOU ARE
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Able to work under pressure, meet tight timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Able to successfully manage multiple, large, phased programs and projects and the ability to meet deadlines. Proven skills to attract and engage customers to build awareness drive traffic and sales in a retail environment.

Adaptable to change

A strong communicator with presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Able to achieve sales quotas.

Able to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.


YOU HAVE
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, sales support, business development or communications.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel
