ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is an exciting opportunity to join and support our Retail Business in Europe, in various areas such as store communication, policy and procedures, store openings, providers, store operations, events, with the objective of increasing sales for Retail stores.

You will partner on a daily basis with our Retail Director, Store Managers, Retail buyer, retail allocator, HR and have contact with external stakeholders such as vendors/suppliers.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Coordinate with the Retail Directors guidance, all activities that are needed to successfully implement headquarter concepts, decisions, and initiatives in the stores.

Communication:
Ensure on-time, consistent, thorough and clear communication to the store management team.
Channel information from HQ to stores and summarize feedback/information from stores to HQ.
Translation into local languages: Manage indirectly & directly third parties or store personnel involved in the translation of HQ messages.

Operations :
Create, implement and maintain a Retail Calendar to oversee all retail activities and key periods (store openings, sales, bank holidays, etc.) in all countries, and plan new operations accordingly, in partnership with the Retail Team.

Policies and Procedures:
Manage the Retail Operation Manual with the regular updates
Consolidate and improve existing processes
Ensure via conference calls and follow up that procedures and guidelines are clearly communicated in time and well understood by stores/field management. Support the Retail Operation Manager in the implementation and follow-up on store procedures and policies.

Marketing Support:
Support Retail Marketing Manager with Newsletter and Promotional POS creation
Create, implement and follow-up Seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines for the stores (1 per season)

Sales and Training:
Develop, implement and maintain Store Performance Contests and incentives program.
Coordinate events such as the Store Manager Meeting, and the Retail Academy (trainings)

YOU ARE AND YOU HAVE
Graduated with a Bachelor/Masters Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Social Studies or Fashion Management
You have a first professional experience as a Coordinator/Project manager within an international environment.
Strong communication skills in French and English (both verbally and written)
Having an experience within a Store or a Retail environment would be a strong asset
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
Excellent time management and organizational skills : ability to effectively prioritize challenges and opportunities
Ability to work with others within diverse and multicultural groups that ultimately meet the expectations of the project missions and goals.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills: ability to interpret data and action quickly and elevate potential issues to appropriate level for review
Ability to comprehend business needs and bring solutions proactively
Available to start a new role in August/September 2021 until April 2022.
A strong passion for the Sports or the Outdoors industry and the willingness to learn and grow as much as possible during that experience !
