ABOUT THE POSITIONIn Global Brand Marketing, we focus on our consumers behavior, and create experiences around the globe to build their connection to our brand. Whether its media strategy, brand/product storytelling, content creation or partner activations, the consumer is at the heart of everything we do. And, we continue to stay true to our brand, even as we evolve to meet the demands of the ever-changing landscape.

Our Brand Marketing team is looking for a BrandManagerdevelop and execute seasonal and long-term product, category, Columbia sub-brand (Titanium,Montrail, PFG,etc), and technology strategies. This will include positioning, consumer insights, key marketing style ownership, retail and channel support for product, and product merchandising/design/innovation inputs.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCELeads the process, communication and decision-making framework that enables seasonal brand plans to succeed

Ensure seasonal brand plans are delivered to serve the full consumer journey (awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty, advocacy)

Support activation of developed programs and deliverseasonal plans

Execute on seasonal strategy and tactics that will be measurable and add value to the business and the brands KPIs

Utilize market research to gather brand data to ensure successful execution of brand plans

Inspire creative teams to create stories, concepts and content that ladder up to the brand strategy

YOU AREA creative problem solver

Extremely detail oriented

Well-versed in communication (written, verbal and presentation)

YOUHAVE5-8 years of experience in retail marketing, marketing, agency or related field of experience

5+ years product marketing and or sales experience preferably in sportswear, outdoor or action sports

5+ years experience in packaging design and retail display creation

Thoroughknowledge of the product creation process and the roles of other functions including Sales, Global Merchandising, Design, Marketing and Finance
