Requisition# R-007035 Columbia Brands USA, LLC, Portland, OR, Senior SAP Basis Administrator

Oversee administration of following systems and solutions: SAP ECC 6.8 with AFS solution, GRC 12, Greenlight AVM, Solution Manager 7.2, BW on HANA 2.0, SLT 2.0, BOE/Lumira, DataServices, Gateway, TDMS, SAP Content Server, OpenText, Taxware, Web Dispatcher, Fiori Frontend Server, Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure. Administer and configure SAP hosted solutions including E-Document framework and Ariba cloud integration gateway. Facilitate dual N+1 landscape transport management via Active Control application. Identify system data, hardware, or software, system components required to meet user needs. Work closely with infrastructure engineers to direct the installation of operating systems (Windows and Linux), network or application software, or computer or network hardware. Monitor and perform system refreshes and performance tuning to improve systems performance. Communicate performance recommendations and implement solutions. Define and document procedures and standards for configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment. Generate SOX control audit artifacts and make improvements to control processes. Follow Transport and Correction procedures, standards, and requirements defined by the Change and Release Management to build, test, and deploy new and updated services into the live environment. Perform technical troubleshooting as needed to ensure 24/7 system availability. Develop and implement printer, network, portal, and GUI distribution. Design and implement data archiving strategies and solutions. Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure efficient use of SAP hardware, software, operating systems, and databases. Perform test scripting and automation. Up to 10% domestic travel required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable); and

Experience: 10 years' post-bachelor's progressive experience as a SAP Basis Lead Analyst, SAP Basis Consultant, SAP Basis Administrator, SAP Systems Administrator, Technology Architect in SAP, Sr. Consultant in SAP, Sr. Systems Administrator in SAP Basis & HANA or similar position.

Skills/Requirements:
10 years experience:
1. administering the following database platforms: Oracle, MaxDB, and MSSQL;
8 years experience in each of the following:
2. installing and administering NetWeaver and Business Suite systems in an N+1 landscape;
3. performing EHP and SPS upgrades in AS ABAP & JAVA systems;
4. performing system refreshes using conventional backup/restore method and by using the snapshot technology;
5 years experience in each of the following:
5. upgrading and migrating non-HANA Database to HANA Database;
6. maintaining HANA Databases and Sidecar system with SLT replication, and configuring SDA connections;
7. implementing SAP Fiori Apps;
8. installing and maintaining external enterprise batch-scheduling tools;
3 years experience:
9. installing and configuring SAP E-Document framework with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), and;
1 year of experience:
10. administering Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) with SAP Cloud Connector.
