In our Global IT Team, we own, drive and continuously improve services and ensure a consistently seamless, frictionless experience for our customers around the globe.
As an IS Support Analyst, you are part of the Asia Operations Team and you are accountable for the efficient and effective IT operations of our locations. In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders from business leaders to our global IT professional. Responsibilities include hardware provisioning, maintaining and troubleshooting, and also global project implementation and support.

Coordinate the setup, installation and management of Desktop PCs, laptops and computer equipment for all business partners. Coordinate repair efforts including RMA returns and warranty.
Respond effectively and efficiently to customer service requests as assigned and work with business partners to resolve problems. Track service request by using incident management system.
Work with the global team to support and maintain the IT infrastructure equipment.
Coordinates with global team for project implementation and troubleshooting.
Provides software support and training to end users to improve productivity and efficiency.

Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details.
Collaborative team player with the ability to build high quality relationships

University graduate in IT or related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
3+ years working experience in IT field
Excellent desktop troubleshooting skills
Ability to consistently deliver work with minimal supervision
Proficient in spoken and written English
