ABOUT THE POSITION
The eCommerce Integration Engineer is a member of the prAna Information Technology team reporting to the Information Technology Manager and is responsible for providing integration solution delivery for our Direct-to-Consumer business.

This role will design, develop, test, deploy and support solutions that support the integrations between our key business systems for the Direct-to-Consumer business. Integrations may be developed using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Flat file, REST APIs or other integrations, as necessary.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Develop new integrations.

Assist in the development of Integration strategies by providing technical expertise and solutions that satisfy the needs of the business using the tools and systems available.

Proactively troubleshoot issues in deployed integrations to reduce system downtime.

Work from mapping documents to build integrations or assist in the creation of mapping documents.

Work cross functionally with our Direct-to-Consumer technical team at Columbia Sportswear.

Independently manage deployments of tested integrations across our platforms.

Work comfortably within SQL Databases to evaluate and pull from data sources.

Actively participate in daily standups, team meetings and user demos.

Proactively manage assigned Jira tasks and report out progress.


YOU ARE
Proven success working collaboratively within cross-functional and distributed teams based on strong team spirit, solid work ethic and good communication

Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail

Strong written and interpersonal customer facing skills


YOUHAVE
Bachelors degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.

5 to 8 years of professional development experience with advanced stored procedures and SSIS package development

Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Experience interacting with Restful APIs

Experience with agile SDLC methodology

Knowledge of Test Driven Development, Powershell and exposure to NuGet, Test Suites (MSTest, NUnit, xUnit)

Professional development experience with .NET

Writing and tuning complex SQL queries, views, indexes, and functions

Able to develop, test, and deliver business focused solutions

General familiarity with web technologies, browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices

Ability to execute against functional specifications/user requirements to produce solutions in line with business need


Travel Requirement:
Occasional domestic travel to Portland, OR when necessary
