ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Retail Marketing Manager, you'll act as a motivator and partner, leading and directing the Employee Store Marketing team. You'll be responsible for managing and developing talent, ensuring the creation of dynamic traffic-driving initiatives, forecasting market goals, and being the main point of contact for all markets. You will provide leadership to the team while meeting financial and KPI goals.

Your team will consist of: Employee Store Account Managers, Business Development Rep, and Coordinators. Your team will drive the execution of measurable traffic & sales-driving programs to the assigned Employee Store(s) while adding improvements to the business and process.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Leadand drivetheteamin the areas ofbusiness development, account management, and revenue-generatingactivities.

Owner of planning and reporting traffic to align with weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

Lead and motivatetheteam to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly revenuegoals

Impactrevenue by leading a team, connecting with customers to build additional opportunities to drive increased redemptions.

Strategic planning and reporting of group invitations as well as analysis and reporting as itrelatesto a variety of KPIs and accounts performance metrics weekly as well as needed reporting

Meet business development objectives such as weekly KPIs and quarterly revenue numbers.

Supporttheonboarding of new accounts to ensure they are educated and able to support the distribution of Employee Store passes to their employees

Provide accurate analysis on team performance and accurately forecast business results

Drivecommunity outreach, relationship building, and account management to ensure the clients are getting what they need to drive up redemption rates for the growing book of businesses of various sizes and industries, non-profits, associations, and events

Leverage skills and customer experience to continually evolvethe sales process

Work closely with various corporate teams such as Corporate Relations, Retail Operations Creative/Design teams, and the Retail Marketing team to support traffic driving programs to the Employee Store location

Provide Employee Store Manager weekly communication and tools to support invited groups


YOU ARE
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Able to work under pressure, meet tight timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Able to successfully manage multiple, large, phased programs and projects and the ability to meet deadlines. Proven skills to attract and engage customers to build awareness drive traffic and sales in a retail environment

A strong communicator with presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

A team leader, with proven leadership experience


YOU HAVE
Bachelors degree in visual merchandising, marketing, or related field or- work experience equivalent to a degree

7+ years in-store marketing or retail marketing experience in progressively responsible positions

Experience must also include 5 years of managing a broad variety of functions with regional responsibilities
