ABOUT THE POSITION

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager will provide direct oversight of US and Canada site optimization activities, pushing our content and digital experience to achieve our business objectives. This role will contribute to our growth, profitability, and innovation through collaboration with cross-functional team leaders as well as the management of direct reports and vendor relationships. This role will achieve results by overseeing strategic optimization initiatives and by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing site improvements to drive sell-through, engagement, and improved digital brand experience.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Manage the planning and end-to-end execution of site optimizations utilizing third-party tools. Lead and challenge team members to build performance-oriented plans and tactics that deliver a rich consumer experience against the eCommerce site strategy

Manage Columbia Sportswear Company's digital platform testing and optimization backlog. Lead prioritization, intake, planning, launch, and monitoring of optimization activities. Collaborate with shared services teams to support each group's plans and prevent any test/experience collisions

Manage opportunities and requests to rollout winning tests to team roadmaps. Participate in intake meetings and collaboration on solutions. Drive results that align with corporate strategy

Meet with third-party vendors regularly to ensure capabilities are fully leveraged, experience is considered best-in-class, and business is aware of new opportunities coming up on product roadmaps

Create and manage strategies, status, and performance of activities regularly to key stakeholders. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting for conversion, order value, and margin. Review site metrics, fallout reports, testing, third-party tools, and customer feedback data and reports out on key insights and opportunities. Develop action plans to drive continuous improvements and internal workflow


YOU ARE
A relentless problem-solver dedicated to creating a positive consumer experience while delivering on business objectives

Experienced in a B2C, Omni-channel Retail environment

An excellent communicator, able to effectively collaborate and coordinate tasks/projects with key stakeholders across the company

Experienced in effectively managing cross-functional projects and teams


YOU HAVE
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience

5+ years functional experience preferred

Management experience preferred

Requires strong skills with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar

Requires experience with Adobe Target, product recommendation engines

General knowledge of agile methodology and experience working with Product Owners is preferred
