ColumbiaSportswear Finance & Accounting teams overseethefinancial health andforwardstrategy for a portfolio of four global brands. These teams exercise expertise across Compliance, Credit, FinancialPlanning andReporting, Tax, Treasury,Procurement, and Strategy. Advancing traditional Finance & Accounting functions, the organization isCalso driving exciting innovation in the applicationofadvanced analytics andautomatedintelligence.

As theCorporate Finance Senior Analyst, youllplay a crucial role in supporting Columbia Sportswear Companys financial planning processes. Youll help compile, analyze, and present the companys financial performance and financial outlook to finance leadership as well as help shape and tune our financial processes.Youll receivebroad exposure to the corporate operations of a multinational corporationwith frequentopportunities to present to senior leaders.

HOWYOULLMAKEA DIFFERENCE
You will prepare monthly and quarterly reporting accurately and timely, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to the end product
You will sift through commentary and standardized reporting to identify key drivers and synthesize insights into company-level performance
You will create insightful and accurate reporting tools,processes,and ad hoc analyses with a focus on clear storytelling and action-oriented output. Youll generate materials directly for senior management and the board of directors and will interface with senior finance leadership.
You will relentlessly drive continuous improvement, constantly looking for the next opportunity for efficiency and improved outcomes
You will work with the director of global financial planning to plan, execute, and analyze global forecasting processes, including the long-range plan, budget, and quarterly forecasts and guidance.
You will interface with finance and business partners across the company to articulate and monitor corporate deliverables
You will manage system processes, including various allocations, reports, and forecasting tools. Serve as a super=user of TM1 databases and reporting
You willmonitor and forecast overhead spending cost centers
Youmay include direct business support of functions
You will participate in cross-functional projects as needed

YOUHAVE
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field, or equivalent
3+years experiencefocused onfinancial forecasting, analysis, and processeswith demonstratedorganizational and communication abilities
Solid understanding of financial statements and how they relate to a companys operations
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential and/or existing financial issues, evaluate available options, and recommend corrective action
Demonstrated ability to create effective excel models and presentations
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Prior experience with enterprise-level planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1, experience with visual analytics tools, such as Power BIor Tableau, a plus
