Description:
As our Logistics and Shipping Assistant you are responsible managing and processing our EDI customer orders through AIMS 360. Candidates must be able to work with Production Management on shipping products if needed. Must also be able to work in a team setting with the warehouse department to ensure timely packaging of orders. A strong candidate should also be able to process and schedule pick ups with carriers. Overall, as the Logistics and Shipping Assistant, we are looking for someone driven and hard-working with good time management.
Responsibilities:
- Processing EDI customer orders
- Inputting orders on AIMS 360
- Generating any special labeling requirements
- Scheduling shipments according to availability and customers’ needs
- Coordination with warehouse department for packaging
- Scheduling carrier pick up and drop off
Qualifications:
- Required experience with AIMS 360
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years’ experience in ecommerce
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex messages and influence ideas and initiatives throughout all levels of the organization

- Full time (Office/Desk Position)
- Monday –Friday 9am-6pm
- Hourly rate
