Tailored Union is a San Diego based brand with design in mind. We work extensively with a variety of artists to create limited runs of original socks to form our Tailored Collections mixed in with our not-so-basic collections for men and women. Using our in-house manufacturing services with the ideas and direction of our design team and creative entrepreneurs, we provide an outlet for exposure to new markets and opportunities. Marketing Manager:
Tailored Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our close knit, San Diego based team. They should have a record of creating marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver outstanding revenue growth through visual identity, compelling messaging, thoughtful partnerships and flawless execution. They will work closely with the Creative Director, Sales Manager and E-Commerce Manager to ensure our message is consistent across all platforms and channels while increasing brand awareness and demand for Tailored Union. This position requires a deep understanding of the evolving consumer landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze and execute all Co-Op opportunities between Tailored Union, Tailors, retailers, events, trade shows, etc.
- Work with E-commerce manager to develop copy/content for paid digital marketing, weekly email blasts, etc.
- Work with the sales manager to develop and execute key account plans, including meeting with key accounts to drive sell-in and develop sell-through strategies.
- In conjunction with the sales manager, work on increasing turn at point of sale by ensuring right marketing tools, activations, and experiences, are briefed and implemented.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for key accounts and sales agencies.
- Develop and review ROI metrics and principles to ensure commercial feasibility of all programs and events.
- Work with sales to develop b2b market collateral to support growth goals.
- Work with sales to coordinate tradeshow activities.
- Work with creative director for day-to-day management and execution of social media.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and make sure that targets are being met.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing.
- An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies, including digital.
- Experience with PR or working with an outside PR agency.
- Ability to critically assess an event or program and provide KPI’s and analysis for future action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude.
- Management of collaborative projects from ideation through planning, execution and analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both print as well as presentations.
