About the job
We are looking for a highly energetic and talented Content Manager with a PROVEN record in creating and maintaining a strong, dynamic and persistent online presence. Your role is to work with our content creators to plan and post social content including videos, pictures and contests to our social media accounts.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
-Work directly with our marketing team, activation team, brand influencers, contracted athletes, models, and college brand ambassadors to create real-time digital content for use on all social platforms
-Assist social media department by receiving incoming content from team managers, and identifying relevant and engaging material
-Act as liaison between the team managers and design/production department to curate social media quality material for the brand
-Assist team managers by driving incoming content on a given timeline
-Interface with athletes and their respective managers to drive new and creative content
-Review incoming content and curate engaging verbiage reflecting brand image
-Design posts to sustain reader's curiosity and create buzz around new products
-Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
-Facilitate online conversations with customers and responding to a variety of inquires
-Track all sponsored athlete posts to ensure brand imagery is maintained
-Source local activation schedules and events across the country for brand engagement opportunities
-Work directly with our executive team and action sports/influencer/model managers to ensure social media contractual obligations are met and carried out properly
