General Position Summary:

This position is responsible for taking the lead in developing and executing in numerous capacities such as collateral creation, digital/social media strategy, event/trade shows, sales support, product ideation/development support, sports marketing, PR/media and brand communications.

Essential Job Functions

MARKETING

• Develops seasonal/ongoing strategic marketing programs, in-store merchandising strategies and overall business development plans.
• Leads Social Media marketing programs/objectives (digital, viral, social and web)
• Assists with updated Website creation, and continual content builds.
• Develops successful product/seasonal launch strategies.
• Supports Sales Team with ongoing collateral and program needs.
• Manages Digital Portfolio contents.
• Develops and updates company catalog and brochures.
• Creates and advertises with using digital/print media.
• Manages and maintains public relations and communication.
• Develops sports marketing strategies and activation.
• Develops packaging graphics production/management.
• Event Tradeshow coordination/management
• Maintains ongoing knowledge of products and brands.
• Manages Merchandising/POP programs.
• Develops Marketing schedules and timelines in order to increase sales activities and brand awareness.
• Manages metrics analysis and periodic reporting.
• Manages the promotion and direction of the marketing activities and improvement of company’s product imagery.
• Identifies and evaluates marketing strategies, based on knowledge of organization objectives and ROI objectives.
• Determines point of difference, market opportunities, demand for products and services offered by competitors.
• Manages and coordinates activities of the marketing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Identifies potential customers.
• Continues all competitive analysis across all level of retail, merchandising in marketing.
• Identifies market trends, and ongoing product category opportunities.

OTHER & MISCELLANEOUS

• Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
• Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
• Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
• Maintains good communication with management, office staff members and outside contacts.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
