Dos Gardenias, a Luxury Women's Swimwear and Wetsuit Startup in Malibu is looking for someone to help run our new retail store that is opening up in July as well as assist the team with social media, merchandising, events, photo shoots, development, production, customer service, our online retail store orders, and inventory management.
Requirements:
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management in English
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.

• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide full customer service for retail store, our online store, as well as assisting the team at Dos Gardenias with projects in all departments. Specific responsibilities of this person include but are not limited to:
• Provide consistent superior service to all customers
• Manage all aspects of retail/online orders from order entry to shipping
• Provide customer feedback to internal team
• Support and assist internal team with projects
• Develop a knowledge of product offering
• Accomplish key tasks assigned on a daily basis
Entry-level okay, local preferred! Training will be provided.
