Account Manager – Sales/Marketing/Research

BISS Product Development is a small, creative, and fun product development company located in the beautiful Lake Norman area, just 35 miles north of Charlotte, NC. We prosper on designing new, innovative and patented products for our two brands, Risk Racing and Striker Concepts. RISK is a powersports company with a focus on motocross, while STRIKER is a consumer products company with a focus on innovative lighting.

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated person to join our team as an Account Manager for the RISK RACING brand. The qualified applicant must be reliable and trustworthy. They must also possess a positive spirit, a strong work ethic, and the desire to help our company grow.

As a small company, we are looking for a team player who can “wear a lot of hats” and multitask. We want an individual who is extremely organized with a tenacious attention to detail, who at the same time is a social butterfly, not afraid to network and communicate with our customer base. Must be out-going and personable, but also comfortable working with spreadsheets and navigating our customers online portals.

• Research, and identify new sales opportunities in the powersports market
• Diligently build, maintain, and monitor business to business customer databases
• Manage 3rd party online sales accounts
• Item setup and maintenance through 3rd party, online portals and dashboards.
• Work with team to create and implement strategies that will grow our brand recognition, sales and distribution through P.R., newsletters, grassroots advertising, promotional programs, social media, etc.
• Manage social media and effectively communicate the brands message to our customer base and followers through creative posts, promotions, updates, paid marketing, etc.
• Be accountable and extremely organized with all customer accounts.
• Be able to effectively communicate your progress to your manager.

• Strong computer skills: Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Critical thinking and analysis
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a positive and winning attitude.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible. Must be willing to pitch in where needed and assist all members of this small team.

• 1-5 years in a similar field.
• Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the powersports / motorcycle / motocross industry is a plus, but not required. Anyone interested to dive in and learn is welcome to apply!
