Lynkem is a B2B company that offers a SaaS-based platform with powerful yet simple to use software for the outdoor recreation space. Our software is specifically built for Brands/Retailers, Franchisor/Franchisee, and Store Chains, collectively known as Producers and Sellers. Our founders are nuts about outdoor recreation in their personal lives and they bring that passion to work every day. That’s also why the outdoor recreation industry is our primary target market.

We’re looking for a National Account Manager that loves working directly with outdoor Brands and their sellers and also understands software selling. Our cloud-based platform offers innovative collaboration technologies for producers and sellers, providing advanced communication and digital marketing tools while promoting increased sales. This is a unique opportunity for you to join this early stage software startup and make an immediate impact by demonstrating your talents, experience, and enthusiasm, all while helping to sell this amazing new platform.

To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to generate, prospect and qualify leads for brand accounts that lie within our target markets. As a member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will uncover new opportunities, build pipelines and drive revenue. What are the responsibilities?
• Generate leads with Brand marketing teams that want to join Lynkem and who want to use the tools we offer as part of their marketing arsenal
• Qualify sales leads generated via outbound cold calling activities and inbound channels from our website, webinars, trade shows, etc.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, explaining and demonstrating the value of the platform, identifying key decision-makers and closing opportunities
• Work with our marketing team to promote retailer adoption of the platform either directly with them or through our Brand customers
• Take ownership of monthly metric goals which you will be expected to achieve or exceed

What do we require?
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Sales and/or customer service experience in digital or ad marketing a plus but not required
• Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships
• Experience in the outdoor recreation industry a plus
